Who is building this

HOAStream is a product of JeLe Ventures LLC, a Florida LLC focused on structured-output compliance tools for regulated verticals. HOAStream was built by a Florida homeowner who was frustrated with how hard it was to find specific rules in governing documents and Florida statutes. Code is authored with AI assistance (Anthropic's Claude) and gated through an automated review process before any production change. Reviews include architectural checks, adversarial testing, and a post-change verification pass. There is no offshore team and no outsourced content desk, just a narrowly-scoped tool built under a discipline that treats every untested change as a defect.

Why a pre-revenue product still earns trust
