Who is building this

HOAStream is a product of JeLe Ventures LLC, a Florida LLC focused on structured-output compliance tools for regulated verticals. HOAStream was built by a Florida homeowner who was frustrated with how hard it was to find specific rules in governing documents and Florida statutes. Code is authored with AI assistance (Anthropic's Claude) and gated through an automated review process before any production change. Reviews include architectural checks, adversarial testing, and a post-change verification pass. There is no offshore team and no outsourced content desk, just a narrowly-scoped tool built under a discipline that treats every untested change as a defect.

Why a pre-revenue product still earns trust

Most "new AI tools" ask you to trust the marketing. HOAStream asks you to trust the artifacts. What we've shipped before asking any Community Association Manager to pay a dollar:

• An extensive automated test suite running green on every commit, including end-to-end coverage of every legal-advice-adjacent response path.
• Adversarial testing as part of our release process, with post-release audits and cross-tenant isolation checks. Results are logged for audit.

How we stay accountable

A single UPL incident ends the company, so correctness is the first ship criterion, not a follow-up sprint. Every release passes automated adversarial testing before it promotes, and the test results are logged for audit. An audit packet is generated automatically from the test logs and adversarial run history. It is designed to be shared with retained counsel when counsel is engaged; we will engage Florida counsel before our first board-tier paying customer goes live.
